A milk, yogurt, and fruit drink for breakfast or a pick me up for anytime.
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup blackberries, or desired fruit
- 2 to 3 packets artificial sweetener, as desired
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Pour milk into blender. Add yogurt, berries, sweetener, and vanilla.
Process on blend about 20 to 30 seconds. Pour equally into two glasses. Makes two servings. Good for breakfast or pick me up at the 3:00 slump.
